The terms that govern our services, how we handle your information, and the scope of what Al Amanah Debt Advisory does and does not do.
These Terms & Conditions govern the engagement between Al Amanah Debt Advisory F.Z.E and any client who engages our services. By making payment on an invoice or instructing us to proceed with your case, you accept the terms below in full.
Al Amanah Debt Advisory will provide debt advisory, negotiation, restructuring, settlement, and related consultancy services as agreed with the client.
All fees mentioned in this invoice are payable as per the agreed payment schedule. Payments made towards service fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
While every effort will be made to negotiate favorable terms with creditors, banks, or financial institutions, Al Amanah Debt Advisory does not guarantee any specific settlement amount, discount, restructuring approval, or outcome.
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information, documents, and updates required for the negotiation process. Delays in providing requested information may affect the progress of the case.
All settlement offers, restructuring approvals, payment plans, and related decisions remain solely at the discretion of the respective bank, lender, or financial institution.
All client information and documents will be handled with strict confidentiality and used only for the purpose of providing the agreed services.
Payment is due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
If the client chooses to discontinue the service after work has commenced, fees already paid shall remain due and payable.
Al Amanah Debt Advisory shall not be liable for any decisions, actions, legal proceedings, or outcomes initiated by creditors, banks, or financial institutions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
Payment of this invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to comply with the Service Agreement, including non-payment of fees or non-disclosure of direct settlements with debtors, shall constitute a breach of contract and may result in suspension of services and legal action.
